350 sq. ft. House – Update
I have finally had time to finish the 350 sq. ft. Usonian inspired house. I will be posting the plans later in the week. Here are a couple images of the finished design.
I carried the roof over the porch; unfortunately this could not be cantilevered so a support was worked in at the corner. Also added were planter boxes, something Frank Lloyd Wright often used in his houses.

Great design. Was there a specific floor module dimension that you envisioned?
You can improve this design. You could reduce the intern walls between closet and bed. Give more privacy to the bath changing de position of the door. Create a space to a washing machine inside of the bath, make the desk in L shape, you can have more storage, put a window in the bedroom, have space for a real refrigerator…350 sq ft is a lot of space in some cities!
