I am glad you like it and want to explore this design. I posted it because I knew I would never build it and hoped someone would be able to use the ideas. I have had a few requests for plans, so it is something I am thinking about how to approach. Right now I am planning on designing some modern house and studio plans, that will utilize standard construction techniques. The designs will be efficient in use of space and materials, and be simple to construct. Thanks Michael.

Nice use of interior space too and the cantilevered loft space. Have you thought about getting into the tiny house plan business? Might be a nice way to generate a little side income and keep the creative juices flowing. Your simple modern designs would most likely be a hit too.
