Vic,
Yea it is Sketch Up. I am glad you like it and want to explore this design. I posted it because I knew I would never build it and hoped someone would be able to use the ideas.

I have uploaded the model to my Google 3d warehouse. All I ask is that if you use the model that you credit me as the starting point for your work based off of this model.

The link is

Please keep me updated on your design!

Did you happen to create this using Google Sketch? If so, could you post the file? I would really like to play with this design, it looks really cool. Thanks!

Thanks Michael.
I have had a few requests for plans, so it is something I am thinking about how to approach. Right now I am planning on designing some modern house and studio plans, that will utilize standard construction techniques. The designs will be efficient in use of space and materials, and be simple to construct.

I really like the opposing roof lines and how that might help push the rain water around and direct it to a cistern. Nice use of interior space too and the cantilevered loft space.

Have you thought about getting into the tiny house plan business? Might be a nice way to generate a little side income and keep the creative juices flowing. Your simple modern designs would most likely be a hit too.
